Here is the link you need to get a permit. Just use common sense when you fill out the form, cuz there isn't a special "Protest" form so you have to make this one work....
Unfortunately I won't be able to attend... I ship out for basic training next month (July 2nd) and I won't have any time the week of the 30th to drive all the way to Indy...

- S'all good man. It might be benificial to let her know that there is no substancial scilon threat in Indiana. Also the police have been informed, we DO have a permit, and we have extra masks. But don't push it, what parents say, go.
