Hey, Indiana! You've been listed on http://anonstillalive.com to help local would-be anons get in touch with your group. You can blame this guy. We like to have a little write up for each cell to help people get to know how your city rolls, so if anyone feels up to writing something please post it here or send it to stillalive@whyweprotest.net

I welcome your accusations of OSA.

Umm... while I am a writer, Im not sure what exactly to include in this synopsis... If anyone has any idea, post it here, and I can write a group synopsis from those comments.

Emphasize that there is a relatively small Scilon presence in Indiana, and that there were missions (like the one that used to be in Fort Wayne) that are gone now. However, make it known that the Scilons ARE trying to establish a presence here - this is evidenced by the YHRI trying to plant themselves in our schools.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isnt the Indianapolis Org (Church of Scientology Mission of Southern Indianapolis) still open?

Reply to This

I believe it is still open, but with little activity. As for the write-up, I can make one in the next few days, but my writing skills are lacking.

Apparently LaVey attempted to contact the Org in Indy, posing as a civilian interested in Scientology. On a Monday afternoon, nobody answered the phone, and nobody came to the door when he knocked, dressed in a business suit.

Closed then? It would be nice to have more information on the happenings there. BTW, does anyone have information about the mission in Ft. Wayne (recently closed?) and the protests that have taken place there?

As far as I know the Fort Wayne mission is still active. However, very low-key. I mentioned elsewhere that there is a sign outside that simply says "Holy Office" with an arrow pointing to the front door. Prior to this location they were located in what looks like a modified home. I still know exactly where this building is. I'm now in a position to monitor these locations more closely. As well as other fun stuff.

I haven't had much involvement with Indiana Anonymous since most protests are in Indy, but I can actually drive to this building in 10 or 15 minutes. If we ever had any protests or any other activities in that area I could come.

Actually, no, theyre not closed. I cant say how I know this at the moment, just know that they are definitely not closed.

I speak only of my observations here. I believe we have a good understanding that the $cilon presence in Indiana is very much on the down-low. I believe this is due to "Hoosier Values". I don't think they operate in public. One of their strongest enemies was born in this state. Eli Lilly. That alone gives me reason to believe they have tried and will continue to try gaining influence here. This. Along with the Vigo county issue.

I'd have to agree. Either the Hoosier Values or simply the fact that Indiana is relatively conservative (which is why the "Scientology Requires Abortions" sign worked so well).

Also, with the Vigo county issue... I haven't been in contact with the local reporter for about two weeks, but yesterday she forwarded to me something that came over the Associated Press line about a Narconom (spelling fail?) graduate appearing on CNN. Then she confirmed that she will run a story (she called it "package"... anyone know much about reporter-speak?) about Vigo's Youth for Human Rights infestation closer to the beginning of school. Also got a reply from Vigo County School Corp superintendent on Friday that simply said "Thank you for this important information. I will research this."

So.... a writeup? Maybe? Someday?
